Return Policy

 

Your happiness is important to me. If you have received your package and are not pleased, there are some things I can and some things I cannot do.

If your item was damaged in transit, or is defective in some way, please email me immediately along with some photos for insurance purposes. I will send out a replacement quickly, if a replacement is not available you will be offered an alternate or a refund.

Unfortunatley because we are dealing with cosmetics, we are unable to accept returns. Fortunately there is a large nail polish community in which sales and trades are quite common. This is an excellent way for you to purge any polishes that aren't right for you. We do our best to give you as many photos, blog links and accurate descriptions to help you make the best choices possible.
