    This is a lovely royal-ish blue jelly with magnificent roughly linear holo effect. Doesn't need a base coat and the price is the cheapest around, that I've seen. Blue jelly holo? LOVE!

Due to a glitch in our late-night inventory upload, several items that were truly out of stock were flipped to in stock in error.
