OMG, that's all I have to say about this polish. Awesomely glitterific, spectacularly sparkly fabulousness!!! I put this over China Glaze Liquid Leather (Black) and topped it off with Seche Vite for a quick manicure. Unfortunately after two hours I went to bed and when I woke up in the morning my manicure was destroyed. Be prepared for an extremely long dry time with all Picture Polish nail polishes. TOTALLY worth it though, this is FABULOUS!
