    This is a beautiful bright saturated medium blue with a very decent amount of holo. Love how bright the blue is! Formula is very nice, 2 coats applied like butter and no special base coat is required. I didn't apply a topcoat but I doubt it would dull the holo as it didn't with their scattered holo's. All in all, very nice polish :)
