    Disappointed with this polish. I read several reviews and had such high hopes for it. When I got it I did as suggested and put it over a black polish (China Glaze Liquid Leather). For some reason the glitter just doesn't sparkle like you would expect it to. I will use it for an accent nail but won't be doing all of my nails with it. As with all Picture Polish nail polishes I found the dry time to be about double of what it is for a standard polish.
