  I was expecting more of a shift with Aqua Violet, I mostly saw the teal and not quite as much of the violet, but it's still lovely nonetheless. I did appreciate that it was opaque enough to not have to layer over black, just needed a few coats on its own.

  Aqua Violet is a bit week when worn alone. You see alot of teal and a hint of violet on occasion. When layered over black this polish comes to life. The colors pop and seem to have more of a color shift to them. The formula is a bit thin and when worn alone it will take three coats to cover the nail line.
