Spooky Floam® is part of the 2012 Ninja Polish Halloween collection. It is made up of a bright Orange and Black matte fine glitters in Glow in the Dark pigment! It can be used as a layering polish but can also cover completely in 2-3 coats. Do not miss out on this one! These are a seasonal edition polish. They will be restocked throughout the season while supplies last. Polishes from seasonal edition collection *may* return again at a later time and should not be considered *Limited* edition unless otherwise noted. Due to a glitch in our late-night inventory upload, several items that were truly out of stock were flipped to in stock in error. This caused Stock notifications to be sent out in error :( We regret that many of you have restock notifications in your email for items that were not restocked.
